The Chicago Bulls took a 2-0 lead in the Eastern Conference Finals on Monday night with a 98-91 victory over the Indiana Pacers. Michael Jordan led the way for the Bulls with 37 points, while Scottie Pippen added 22 points and Dennis Rodman had 17 rebounds.
The Pacers were led by Reggie Miller's 25 points, but they were unable to overcome the Bulls' superior overall talent. The Bulls shot 50.0% from the field, while the Pacers shot just 39.8%. The Bulls also outrebounded the Pacers 51-38.
The Bulls will now have a chance to take a commanding 3-0 lead in the series when they host Game 3 on Wednesday night.
