Barcelona came back from 2-0 down to beat Wolfsburg in the Womens Champions League final
On Sunday 4th June 2023, Barcelona came back from 2-0 down to beat Wolfsburg in the Womens Champions League final to claim their second Club World Cup title.
The match was played in front of a sell-out crowd at the Camp Nou, and Barcelona were quick to take the lead through a goal from Alexia Putellas.
However, Wolfsburg hit back with two goals from Ewa Pajor, and it looked like the German side were going to claim the title.
But Barcelona never gave up, and they equalised through a goal from Aitana Bonmatí in the second half.
The match went to extra time, and Barcelona finally won the match through a goal from Caroline Graham Hansen in the 113th minute.
This is Barcelona's second Club World Cup title, and it is their first since 2015.
