Haliburton Remains Out with Elbow Injury
Tyrese Haliburton, the Indiana Pacers' star point guard, will miss his fifth consecutive game due to a sprained elbow. Haliburton suffered the injury on February 23rd against the Philadelphia 76ers and has been sidelined since.
Brown Out with Knee Bruise
Bruce Brown, who has been a key contributor for the Pacers this season, is also out tonight with a bone bruise in his right knee. Brown sustained the injury in the Pacers' loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers on March 2nd and has missed the past two games.
Mathurin Out with Torn Right Labrum
Bennedict Mathurin, the Pacers' rookie forward, will also miss tonight's game due to a torn right labrum. Mathurin suffered the injury in the Pacers' win over the Toronto Raptors on March 4th and has undergone surgery to repair the labrum.
Pacers Shorthanded Against Heat
The Pacers will be shorthanded tonight as they take on the Miami Heat, who are currently the top seed in the Eastern Conference. With Haliburton, Brown, and Mathurin all out, the Pacers will need contributions from their bench players if they want to have a chance at an upset.
