The Boston Celtics will be without Al Horford for the seventh time this season when they face the Brooklyn Nets on Tuesday night. Horford is dealing with a sore left knee and is listed as out on the team's injury report. Jaylen Brown is questionable to play with a left hand sprain.
Brown has been a key player for the Celtics this season, averaging 26.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 4.0 assists per game. He is coming off a 23-point performance in Boston's 135-100 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Sunday.
If Brown is unable to play, the Celtics will be without two of their top three scorers. Jayson Tatum is averaging 30.4 points per game and is the team's leading scorer. Malcolm Brogdon is averaging 14.8 points per game and is the team's third-leading scorer.
The Celtics are currently 32-12 this season and are second in the Eastern Conference standings. They will be looking to extend their winning streak to four games when they face the Nets on Tuesday night.
